Our pricing is primarily based on volume (how much space your items take up in our truck), weight, and accessibility. The starting prices listed above give you a baseline. For the most accurate quote, we recommend sending us a clear photo of the items you need removed. We always confirm the final price before we start loading, so there are no surprises.
Are There Any Items You Cannot Take?
Yes, for safety and legal reasons, we cannot accept hazardous materials. This includes wet paint, chemicals, motor oil, gasoline, asbestos, biological waste, and highly flammable items. If you're unsure about a specific item, just ask us when requesting your quote!
Do I Need To Prepare The Items Before You Arrive?
No heavy lifting is required on your part! We handle all the moving and loading. However, it helps if items are consolidated or easily accessible. If we're removing a fridge or freezer, please ensure it is empty and unplugged. For smaller items, bagging or boxing them up can speed up the process.
Do I Need To Be Home For The Pickup?
You don't necessarily have to be home if the items are easily accessible (like in a driveway, front yard, or unlocked side yard) and we have already agreed on a price. We can send you photos once the job is done and process payment remotely.
